ConceptNet Ltd is a company incorporated in England and Wales. We build voice IP infrastructure for AI — including the ConceptNet Voice IP Sandbox, benchmarks platform, and enterprise workflow automation tools.

2.1 Data you give us directly
- Early access form — when you submit your name, email, company, and role via our website form, we store this information to contact you about ConceptNet access and updates.
- Investment inquiries — if you contact us via the investment inquiry form or email, we retain your contact details for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
- Email correspondence — any email you send to tonymomoh@icloud.com is stored in our email system.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Website analytics — we may collect standard web analytics (page views, referrer, browser type, approximate location by country) to understand how people use our site. We do not use Google Analytics. If we use analytics software, it will be listed here.
- GitHub — if you star, fork, or contribute to our GitHub repository (github.com/wushu75/ConceptNet), GitHub collects data per their own privacy policy.
- Hugging Face — if you use our Hugging Face Space, Hugging Face collects data per their own privacy policy.
2.3 What we do NOT collect
- The Voice IP Sandbox (conceptnet.co.uk/sandbox/) runs entirely in your browser. Commands you type or speak are processed locally — they are never sent to our servers.
- We do not collect payment information (we have no paid product yet).
- We do not collect biometric data.
- We do not track you across other websites.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your early access or investment inquiry
- To send you updates about ConceptNet (only if you opted in)
- To understand how our website and tools are used so we can improve them
- To comply with legal obligations
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our website uses localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store the command count for the live counter feature. This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

Our services may involve data being processed by third-party services based outside the UK or EEA (such as GitHub, based in the US). Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

ConceptNet is an enterprise software product not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
